3. 2 most recent bank statements (checking, savings, investment/brokerage if applicable)

4. Letter of employment (start date, position and annual income)

5. Landlord reference letter

6. Copy of government-issued photo ID

7. Letter from CPA (sole proprietors only)

Please note, should applicants not meet Freestone’s minimum thresholds for approval, we will require a guarantor to co-sign.

Upon approval, leases and riders will be sent to you electronically. Freestone will collect first month’s rent and one month security at lease signing. Electronic signatures are happily accepted.
